PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The pneumatic forged steel fixed ball valve divides the valve body into three parts along the section perpendicular to the valve channel axis at the two valve seats. The whole valve is symmetrical left and right along the central axis of the valve stem. The forged steel fixed ball valve is mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the medium flow direction on the pipeline. Its large pivot structure ensures the accurate center position of the ball under high pressure and ensures the good operation performance of the valve. It is applicable to chemical, petroleum, natural gas, metallurgy and other industries, as well as long-distance natural gas transmission pipelines containing hydrogen sulfide medium, many impurities and serious corrosion.

PRODUCT FEATURES

2. The standard valve seat adopts spring structure to push the valve seat to the ball, ensuring good import and export two-way sealing performance.

3. The pivot adopts anti blow out protection structure to effectively prevent leakage.

4. The bearing with low friction coefficient reduces the torque to small, which is convenient for the opening and closing of the valve.
