PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Electric flange center line butterfly valve is composed of electric actuator and medium line butterfly valve. Valve plate and soft seal (rubber ring and PTFE ring) are selected to reduce leakage. With good sealing performance, it is used in normal temperature environment and low and medium pressure places. Due to the limitation of structural materials, the valve is not suitable for high temperature, high pressure, corrosion and wear resistance industries. The (AC 220V, 380V) power supply voltage is configured as the driving power, and the operation can be controlled by receiving the (4 ~ 20mA) signal output by the industrial automation instrument control system. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, light industry, papermaking, power station, refrigeration and other industrial fields.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. Electric opening and closing, with arbitrary adjustment, check and cut-off functions, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
2. The flow resistance is small, and the flow resistance coefficient shall not exceed 0.3 when the valve is fully opened.
3. In case of accident or power failure, the opening and closing of butterfly valve can be controlled by manual operation.
4. It can continuously realize the actions of slow opening, fast opening, fast closing and slow closing, and effectively prevent the backflow of medium at the pump outlet and the generation of water hammer.
5. The energy-saving drive motor is the same as that of the ordinary butterfly valve, which can realize the functions of high-speed small torque in the fast closing section and large torque in the slow closing low section.
